Governors                                                              Secure Zone

The Governors and staff aim to give all pupils the greatest possible opportunities, and to ensure that the education they receive is of the highest quality. The intention is to provide a caring and positive framework, within the Christian tradition, which will enable each pupil to flourish and reach their full potential.

We also aim to ensure that everyone involved in our school feels part of our school family.

Parents and Carers are strongly encouraged to be involved in the life of the school, and their interest and support is much welcomed by the staff and governors.

Should you have any concerns or thoughts on how to further develop our school, please do not hesitate to contact myself or one of the governors or teaching staff.

I am married to Simon and have four children, Louis, Alistair, Rory and Felicity, who all currently attend FitzHerbert Primary School.

During my career in industry and during my postgraduate studies I was involved in teaching and mentoring secondary science pupils and undergraduates. I am an enthusiastic supporter of FitzHerbert Primary, believing it to be a truly inspirational place in which to learn and I seek to use my skills on the Board of Governors to support and develop the school further.

Outside of my role on the Board of Governors and my work I enjoy family time with my rabble, getting out and exploring our beautiful countryside and baking.
